This anniversary/wedding card was made as a Design Team inspiration for Try Stampin' on Tuesday Sketch Challenge #408 with an optional theme of "texture".
The oval frame was cut from Stampin' Up! (SU) Whisper White cardstock. The boxes were SU Melon Mambo and Rose Red cardstock. The pattern paper was from a Recollections (Michael's) Valentine Paper Pad.
The pink tulle was a piece that was wrapped around the bouquet my husband gave me for Valentine's Day. I chose the pattern paper to complement the tulle. Believe me, a package of tulle from the store will last you a lifetime!
This project requires LOTS of Scor-Tape. It's important that you use a very strong tape to hold the two layers of tulle in place.
The flowers and sentiment were stamped using the SU "Beautiful Bouquet" set. SU Melon Mambo ink was used for both. To create the different shades of flowers, I stamped off on a scrap piece of paper. The leaves in the flower arrangement were stamped with SU Tranquil Tide ink.

I am rating the difficulty of this card as a "4" out of a possible "5". This is due to the precise order needed to construct the card, and the precise measuring required.
Thank you Rachel for your great tutorial! It makes for a very distinctive card!
